      Good Company but Poor Management

      Pros

      Working from home is always a perk and I was given a laptop and two monitors to use for coding.

      Cons

      Supervisor that I was assigned to was controlling and ineffective. She didn't encourage educational growth or assist with questions. Her team was messaged in the middle of meetings to not ask questions. The experience was rough because of her. Mandatory 50 hour week overtime through the holidays and then laid off after season (to be expected).
