Pros

They have a decent benefits package and a pretty good medical/personal leave policy.

Cons

The work environment is toxic and exploitative. The sole purpose of every employee is to burn themselves out so that a few executives get multi-million dollar bonuses. Most everyone in the administration are in over their heads and it shows. Negative behaviors run rampant. Gossip is everywhere and that's about the only way you'll find out what's going on. There's zero communication and everyone acts like they just committed a crime. Teamwork is non-existent. You cannot trust anyone. There's rampant favoritism. The only thing you need to do to succeed is kiss the right behind. Forget about patient care too. No one thinks about them except for frontline employees and they're treated like they're disposable.

Pros

Flexible work from home options.

Cons

Worked there for 8 years, left to pursue another opportunity. I gave AND SERVED my 2 weeks notice. They say in the hand book that you must do so in order to get your vacation time payout. After completing my service, and calling HR to get some loose ends tied up, they inform me via off shore person, who claims they have a more updated employee handbook than what is posted on the site, informs me that they only pay out vacation if the state mandates it. I had nearly 200 hours of PTO owed to me. No one seemed to care. So if you plan to resign, make sure to get your PTO. Other issues, Inadequate Training Requests for additional training ignored Good ideas ignored if your station is too low Extreme aversion to written guidelines that can be reference easily Middle Management often apathetic Lack of clearly defined guidelines performance metrics and punishments seemed to be arbitrary

Pros

You either get the best team ever or you're stuck with the biggest jerks in the industry.

Cons

This company claim they exist to help the healthcare system but the reality couldn't be further from the truth. They are the typical company that lies to your face and tries to maneuver their way into making you think that whatever work you're providing to them is ethical and beneficial but at the end of the day it's all about abusing our terrible healthcare system for profit. Not to mention the insane irony of being a healthcare company and yet providing mediocre healthcare to their employers. Do not apply to work for them right now as they are refactoring their entire employee infrastructure and are promoting sketchy hiring practices such as a focus on hiring in countries such as India so they can get away with lower employee salaries while maintaining high workloads. US hiring on the other hand is on "pause" (really just a hiring freeze). The people here are either really nice or the most pretentious jerks you'll ever meet.
