Pros

* USED to be good bonuses for good QA scores, it’s impossible now to get a bonus * bonuses go up to $600 extra a month * my manager was sweet and tried their best to make sure our team was happy despite all the changes with the merger

Cons

* strict QA, had to be at 98-99% accuracy * lots of programs to learn. avoid if you are not tech savvy * upper management changes so quickly so you never know who’s in charge. * remote work can feel isolating when you do not feel supported or heard when the systems and rules change so often. * health insurance choices are a joke which is ironic

Pros

You’ll quickly learn how to operate in chaos. Some colleagues do their best despite impossible conditions.

Cons

Outsourcing dominates the business model. Well over half the workforce is contracted, which creates communication breakdowns and puts unqualified people in charge of critical programs. Management shows no interest in employees or customers. The priority is cutting costs, even if it destroys morale and product quality. Healthcare benefits are shockingly poor, especially given the industry. It feels like an afterthought rather than a benefit. The culture is toxic — gatekeeping and silos make collaboration nearly impossible. Job security is non-existent. If they can outsource your role, they will, and layoffs are frequent.
