Pros

Great place to work, Laid back, lots of opportunity to grow. The key is having a good manager otherwise It's a horrible place to work with the wrong manager.

Cons

Lots of reorganization with bad managers - Had 5 managers in one year. It was horrible.

Pros

I loved the team I worked on and the culture prior to Optum acquisition. I loved the work I did and the product we were selling and growing. Remote life was fine, kinda lonely, but before the acquisition we had team on sites and prioritized team bonding.

Cons

But once we were acquired, a lot of that changed. A lot of my team dipped out, and more were laid off. Since I've left it haven't noticed any additional layoffs, but it looks like they kept most of the folks who lived near HQ and more affordable.
