Pros

My co-workers are the only reason I stay.

Cons

Where is HR? If an HR rep was actually involved, half of the things this company gets away with would stop. I have come close to getting legal representation multiple times. Last year we were told we would not be receiving our normal bonuses but to expect good things come Feb (review time). Most, if not all, of us did not get ANY compensation changes. AND we were illegally told to not discuss our wages with our coworkers. I have been here for 4 years, this company is NOTHING like how I started. I cannot even promote the same way. This is a dead end, no promise, terrible job.
