Pros

Stock purchase program was good, but they it was better just before I joined. Was left to do my own work without a lot of micro managment

Cons

Large, beurocratic company with many subdidiaries trying to work from home during covid was a disaster. Hardly anyone would have their camera on. Growing relationships as a new employee was challenging

Pros

You can work remotely. PTO

Cons

Micromanaging Metrics are everything. You will never be a person to them only a production number. Make simple mistakes? You will be put on a remedial program for 2 errors a month. Pay too many cases? Remedial program. There is no happy medium. And you work for an insurance company and have the worst insurance options possible
