      Pros

      You get to work from home and most calls are outbound calls following up on familiar patients

      Cons

      Repetitive work, patients always think you’re a fraud when calling, training is very long, and audits are very strict! I also think it is a lot of work for the amount of pay received.

      The pay and benefits were good, but they would not offset the horrible work environment.

      Cons

      You are just a number. Everything is measured and your worth is determined by your metrics. There are no advancement opportunities and you will constantly watch less knowledgeable coworkers get promoted.
