Pros

Pay Fully Remote Provided work equipment and internet

Cons

Toxic management (epitome of micromanaging) No work-life balance because they want to be on call on your days off for an extra measly $5/day No incentive pay when you pick up a shift to help with the low staffing

Pros

Absolutely no pros of this place whatsoever; high stress, high turnover rate, poor training, and will fire anyone who calls out sick more than a few times a year. Literally.

Cons

Must clock out to use the restroom. Training is so poor that no one really understands how to help customers.
