Flexibility in hours Ability to work from home or telecommute full-time The Bind health insurance plan has copays instead of high deductibles

Cons

Leadership does not address issues that directly affect processing Pay is not competitive nor does it reflect responsibilities, especially in higher paygrades No sick days. Earned PTO must be used instead
