Pros

Very detailed and clear process around things Decent Benefits and Perks

Cons

Mediocre HSA/Health insurance benefits from a subsidiary of a health insurance provider. Sometimes there is too much process and things move way to slowly.

Pros

I have yet to see any perks of this company, my company was acquired by UHG so I did not join by choice, I am actively seeking employment elsewhere, it is miserable here.

Cons

Health Benefits are horrible and expensive Pay - not great Too much red tape - no one knows the answers to anything, finding out how to order basic supplies such as paper takes 3 weeks - very incompetent people UHG is notorious for "buying up" smaller companies, then they treat them like garbage.
