Pros

1. Flex time 2. Some work from home

Cons

1. Less telecommuting opportunities 2. Considering that parent company (UnitedHealth Group), health insurance offerings are not great compared to some other companies offerings. If you have existing health conditions, you will end up paying more. 3. Open space regardless of your day to day activities requiring no face time (can be loud) 4. No employee loyalty. People are replaced or positions get eliminated due to org changes.

Pros

Employee's were very welcoming. Friendly work environment. Management is always helpful.

Cons

Training leaves more to be desired. As in all pharmacy/PBM companies by-outs and mergers tends to cause lay-off so stability is not so great
