      Pros

      Nothing seen as pros because it all depend on project to project. I started AUG 2015 where they gave me less work but ample amount of work from home. Then my project changed in 2018 where they forced me to work till 03:30 AM.

      Cons

      So many but again depend on project to project. As I was in Information Security where learning curve was nil. They normally gave you some reporting type of tasks where no major expertise required. Then i moved to another project in 2018 where timings were odd and Indian management hell. Another point is annually bonus "RRP" which you will get depend on your rating but Indian management will cut most of it part i.e. 50-60% and you will get only 40%. Appraisal not good but depend on your tuning with your leader.
