      Good Insurance 401K PTO Lots of good training

      Cons

      If your new you will get moved around a lot and training will be a usually every 6 months. It can be stressful because its long days of training.

      When they took over our Quest Diagnostics we were able to keep our year employed with them instead of having to start at ground one. ____________________________________________________________________________ They do have a central hub where they have lots of informational videos and articles about the company.

      Cons

      The pay is not comparable to other corporate companies in the area. ____________________________________________________________________________ They micromanage down to the last second. ____________________________________________________________________________ I hope you don't like hour lunches. It's a mandatory two breaks a day and one 30 min lunch. ____________________________________________________________________________ The benefits are horrible considering we use UHC as our insurance. High deductibles and co-insurance.

      There are never no layoff and they will do everything in their power to keep you working for them.

      The company is basically phone work only. In this company even when you move up it is still phone work.
