Transport facility as per fixed timings (Not flexible though) Work from home facility Everything depends on your manager .If your manager and their manager are good and competent, life is wonderful .
Cons
No culture - No employee engagement and no proper HR, feels like government office for cross team interactions, Too much politics. Pathetic Infrastructure in Hyd office- No proper cafeteria ,no proper parking, No proper seating , Downward trend in compensation- less hikes and idiotic rules in variable pay. Company stopped celebrating Annual Day since some years and stopped Yearly/Diwali gifts. Easier to get your family and friends into this company. ;) Has very bad insurance policy ; probably only company i know where employees have to copay for everything.
