      Salary is okay as per industry. Work from home option is there

      Cons

      Only 80% of variable pay is considered as 100%. Other 20% is part of points or on spot award activities that you may or may not get. So if they say you are getting 100% of variable pay they only give 80%. Just playing with words. And their variable pay is too high 15% of fixed salary that more than any company. Worst facility. No parking 2wheelee or 4w for first 3yr. cutting down on basic facility everymonth
