Pros

No WFH policy but flexible work timings for IT employees Good employee benefits related to Health of Employees, Cab Facility, Internal Facilities like recreational activities space Good training platforms available for employees

Cons

Internal Movements are difficult, you will be stuck where you joined All dependent on Managers, bad politics exists. Sometimes you might be required to support late night or early morning supports. Less hikes compared to 2017 Variable amount is 15% of your fixed and paid yearly, so you have to wait all the way till Feb to get your variable amount They do surveys, for improving themselves which are useless as the action items are just on paper,
