Biased leadership

Recommend

Business Outlook

Pros

It used to be a good company, but not now. Leadership is afraid of distribution among the industry. Culture and values are just on the papers. Especially in infrastructure and security area, situation is worst. Employees are threatened openly and highly demotivated. Every other employee is looking to move out. Highest attrition among the organization.

Cons

Too many leadership changes. New leaders are baised to hire their contracts Existing 3-5 or more years old employees are the target No appreciation to existing staff. Leadership openly says that new folks are their known ones. The want to change the world overnight, without understanding actual reality. To much of compensation variance between new and existing employees.. if raised concerns.. getting threats.
