Management Failure

Pros

Competitive Salary, managers try to re-position employees in other projects instead of laying off when project gets under budget constraints. Flexible hours and work from home options.

Cons

Not transparent, hides level grades from employees to avoid paying bonus, the unpaid bonus distributed among managers, managers are unprofessional and many with no college degrees. They have neither management skills not technical skills, front desk guy promoted as manager of technical team due to favoritism forcing skilled people to seek opportunities elsewhere, financial mismanagement by managers.

Pros

Interesting work and people, multicultural environment, ability to learn a lot

Cons

Poor work and life balance. It may appear that employees in all roles are expected to work crazy hours and weekends, and that is the norm., AND on every contract.
