Pros
Most peers were good to work with and pulled together to meet very tight, unrealistic deadlines.
Cons
Where do I start? 1) Most managers are not trained in how to manage a team. 2) Friends and family are hired for most jobs, but some are not qualified for the positions they fill. Those folks learn on the job, which is very painful if they are managing you. 3) Fly by the seat of your pants is the process used not CMMI like their website claims. One of their key projects was barely CMMI 2. 4) English is not the main language spoken in the office. Management had to send out an email requesting that people speak English in the office. 5) Long hours, no weekends or holidays are common on high profile projects. 6) Poorly managed projects. Administrative overhead monies (I.e - salaries) were spent on one project, so employees were moved or let go. I could go on but you get the picture. Avoid this place unless you have absolutely nothing else on the horizon!
