Pros

Telecommute is accommodated easily by this company.

Cons

Culture of favoritism, sexism and zero opportunity for growth. Average raises of 1 percent no matter how profitable company is. AMS team is overworked and poorly managed with horrific job descriptions that are nebulous. It is a no win set up for failure and total burnout. Management could care less ad long as they get their big bonus off your work.

Pros

Remote work at home Monday thru Friday

Cons

Leadership team and the department is built on a friends network. If you are part of the friends network you will have moderate work. If you are not a part of the click you will work 10 hour days. The work is not evenly distributed amongst the team. Everyone its told this is a great opportunity to get in the door however once you are there you will be stuck.
