Pros

Paid pretty well Very large company with lots of perks Many smart people with really cool teams (hopefully you work with them) Tech stack can be pretty modern/interesting Recommend the TDP program, good way to get different experiences with different teams at the start of your career

Cons

Large company size can make you feel that your thoughts dont carry much weight Work life balance on current team is not great Management can make very questionable decisions Some teams can have toxic work culture Current manager is not helping me move teams, even though I have been asking for months Some teams just support and maintain legacy and/or inherited software/jobs and it's a pain Current obsession with "Agile" makes documentation scarce, making onboarding and supporting inherited projects a nightmare
