Pros

Work-life balance will be good Medical insurance benefits

Cons

No newer technology is used in the Data world. Old architecture and only internal tools available Very less technical and challenging roles Salary and Hikes are very low when compared to the market. Variable pay is a pain, you get the % of your performance from your CTC and that is not calculated accurately No clear planning

Pros

* Awesome direct manager and coworkers until everyone left...

Cons

* Terrible merger process * obviously no upward mobility * Christmas season = layoff season. Although they've layoff and outsourced 90% of the pipeline by now so I don't think if there's any room to trim left.
