You get a lot of autonomy as far as where you work, must appear at office 3 times a week. Given a reasonable amount of work, depends on the team you end up on. Good place to grow your skillset, lots of different types of projects.

Cons

Pay is just ok, relative to other tech jobs. Some coworkers on other teams complain about lack of work. Massive company, must learn to navigate through organization.
