Pros

Great Technology Stack Great for Networking Nice Office Space Good People

Cons

Some parts of the company are done really well, however, you can end up in certain areas on projects where management is extremely poor, leading to project cancellations, stress, under appreciation and misguided ideas.

Pros

Can manage my own time

Cons

Constantly filling out spreadsheets for revenue. Duplicate and triplicate forms because management can't figure out how to merge or extract data. Management doesn't care about the patient or the employee - it's all about the revenue. They push you for billable hours and revenue recognition. Absolutely no work/life balance. Management threatens employees by saying "if form isn't complete by tomorrow, I'll have to write you up". Company was good (Change Healthcare) until they were bought out by Optum.

Great company to work for. The mission of improving healthcare for everyone is sincere and rewarding to be a part of.

Cons

Sometimes available contract work creates ebb and flow in the workforce that is challenging to deal with.
