Pros

Pay is very good for the position, including non-lesson pay. Lots of good resources for students. Dedicated administrative team for scheduling and billing.

Cons

Schedule can get very hectic very quickly. Odd hours and days, including weekends. Equipment gets worn quickly.

Pros

I used to work for this company for 2 years and it was a great experience working there. They filled my schedule so quickly and paid for no shows. Once some students drop off, they will fill the spot really quickly. The owner and the admins are super nice to work with and very helpful.

Cons

The schedule is tight. 15 minutes break per day.
