Pros

I absolutely loved working for this company! The energy and support you get from everyone is what really sells it. Very welcoming and friendly environment and so much room to grow within the company.

Cons

The organization of it all sometimes wasn't up to par. Might need to work on better communication skills as far as planning the day.

Pros

It's fast-paced environment that focuses on training and teaching. The company is truly invested in developing employees, not only professional development but personal development as well. The management team has created a great support system, and a friendly, open atmosphere. I've loved being able to grow with the company and see immediate results through my training. The company also provides travel opportunities!

Cons

As I mentioned the environment is very fast-paced, expect to be challenged everyday. Some weeks may required overtime, but I think that comes with the territory.
