Pros

Free cold drinks in pantry :p

Cons

Most of the teams in bangalore are meant only for bug fixing. There is no development work. On top of that the fusion crm application is in ADF which no one uses in the industry. After couple of years one would forget the basics of computer science and will have no where to go.

Pros

Work from home. Good brand recognition

Cons

No Hikes for years!! I havent seen any hikes or bonuses in more than 2 years of my working hear. Alarmingly pathetic tech stack. Their tech stack is maybe 2 decades old and still using linux VMs to write code which is pathetic and slow. Total waste of time especially for young aspiring people and freshers. Work life balance was better earlier but right now even that is going down the gutter. This is no longer a product based company but rather has become a consultancy
