Pros

Strong product stack which contributes to bottom line (more importantly Oracle's bottom line). Fusion makes for a startup atmosphere (so we don't have free massages and all you can eat buffets), a never-ending learning curve, entrepreneurial culture.

Cons

If you are expecting a guided career path or even a mentored career path, then this is not the place. Competitive atmosphere with a little bit of dog-eat-dog thrown in. But then you should go to IBM if you want someone to babysit you, I guess.
