Work From Home, No logIn -Log out time. Okay type of campus in Hyderabad.
Cons
They never give hike (Once in 2-3 years and that too in single digit), complete disparity in the salary structure, many senior people, low mindset (Hyderabad), completely Manager dependent, and please forget that Onsite exist in IT company after joining Oracle. If you want to settle down or spend 2-3 years of life peacefully then Oracle is the best bet. But don't expect anything in return . I mean it.... anything. You will be same as you were before 2-3 years in terms of salary , knowledge, technology growth... everything. At one point of time you can think of joining Oracle Bangalore, but never ever join Hyderabad. It is completely based on fusion applications which no one uses except Oracle
