      Pros

      I started with the business to do sales but loved the culture and experience with management. There's an active effort to help you improve not just professionally but personally. If you're looking for an entry level role or long-term growth, this is a great opportunity especially for young, ambitious individuals.

      Cons

      The company runs things a certain way. If you're not someone that's positive, motivated or reliable, this isn't a good fit for you. This is also a marketing/sales role, you want to perform so if you don't, it's again probably not a good fit.

      This business is a fantastic environment to be a part of! The company culture is open and enjoyable to partake in, and all of the people in the office are aimed at helping you develop and reach your full potential. There is also huge opportunity for upward growth in the business, provided that you put in the work.

      Cons

      The biggest con is that there’s long hours required for this job, and the working schedule is not a typical 9-5. It’s always 5 days a week but sometimes you have to work within the weekend. There is definitely a lot of commitment to be made to the business to be successful.
