Mentorship and team work is actively encouraged by management. Opportunity to earn commission based on performance with customer accounts.

Talking majority of the day, definitely best fit for a "people person"

Thank you giving me the opportunity to come in and learn. As a recent graduate in may of 2023 I been applying for month and no one was giving me a shot and oracle acquisition did. I love the team, the culture, the opportunity and the management. They’re transparent on how to be better personally and professionally- you’re consistently getting the recognition for the work you put in. Thank you to Noah Dubale for doing my interview he is one of the most genuine people I ever met. He cares about his team and the company he runs. Excited to grow and learn with the company

Cons

I can’t think of any. For some people making commission can be scary but this business you get base pay weekly which makes it easier for people to never stress over their paycheck so they can focus on results and getting the job done. Plus we only work one day on the weekend. Not your typical m-f

Great opportunity working with great group of people - positive environment and the opportunity for growth is one of the biggest reason why I started! It’s entrepreneurs driven culture! Love how there is training provided for the job. Your pay is based on your performance

Cons

The harder you work the more you make! This is not your typical 9-5 schedule- rejection is a part of the job!

As far as pay goes we would like to clarify that all employees receive a base salary with opportunities for bonuses and those bonuses are based upon performance.
