Work life balance is very good. Work is good too. Managers are very understanding. Awesome facility for co curricular activities.

Cons

Hikes are very irregular. When hikes come they are not decent. Learning curve is slow. Managers don't have hike in their hand and they don't have much say in what HQ decides about IDC employees.
