Great work-life balance. Over ambitious can stay away

Casual and laid back culture. Decent pay. Great brand value. Pretty high job security.

Cons

Can tend to be a bit bureaucratic at times. Hikes won't be satisfactory. If you crave for more and more work, you may be disappointed. People who join later than you end up getting paid more. Constant churn as a result of high attrition.

awesome work life balance, challenging but not ridiculous amounts of work. Flexible timings, Most common perks of MNCs like security, cabs, etc

Cons

not much growth technology wise and money wise, you will be working on the same technology you started with till you leave if you dont make a conscious effort to shift internally to other teams. And not much bonuses, just the one bonus per year which might depend on company performance and not yours. I never got mine last year, apparently it was because i was a fresher!! they use this excuse even after 1.5 yrs of our joining the company.

- stable - you rather won't get fired of unless you really want it - it has good extra benefits package - like pension plan, sport activities vouchers, certifications refund etc. - nice people you're working with - not stressfull at all

Cons

- 80% of time you're writing emails and documentation... - extreamly boring tasks - it's doubtfull you're going to learn anything - no chance for promotion
