No pros except an I card which has a oracle logo on it

Cons

There is no work life balance. People are working on very outdated technologies and not even trying to shift to newer ones. Management is very bad. Your boss will expect you to spend 9-10 hours daily. They don't have new clients. Appraisal are very bad. You will not get paid enough for what you do. Higher management is worse. They treat ICs like labour's. They don't have a proper way to talk. They don't have proper knowledge of SDLC. In short don't go for this company specially OBP dev team.
