Pros

Autonomy, management leave you to get on with your work with minimal interference. The team are very nice & helpful & will support you in your work whenever needed. The work can be interesting, a lot of very clever and motivated people who are generous with their knowledge. Great opportunities to pursue further education & learn.

Cons

Labyrinthine, the place is huge so its very hard to feel part of something. No room to move around the company (despite what you may be told) - you get stuck in your role indefinitely and hit a ceiling after a few years & there is nothing your direct manager can do (they hit a wall with upper management) . Negotiate hard on entry; pay rises are few and far between - a parsimonious company.

Pros

Good benefits. If you choose to take it, work life balance is great.

Cons

Hyper growth. No promotions, no raises, no commission now. Paid well under market rate for experience but company only looks at years of experience.
