Pros
It's a good company to work in, but it mostly depends on whats the management and atmosphere in your organisation. I was lucky enough to be in one where people were nice and I always felt appreciated for the work I've done. And I am very grateful for this. However, I know people that wouldn't recommend because they worked in a toxic environment with terrible managers. Both can happen, both are true. Depends how lucky you are.
Cons
It's a giant company, so it's very difficult to have closer relationship and to have that family feeling with your colleagues, especially if they are spread all over the world.
