Pay is a bit low and Not easy to get a salary raise Internal processes can be slow and impact customers Due to multiple acquisitions, many oracle products are not fully integrated end-to-end

It is said in Oracle that the happiness of any employee is dependent on the type of leader one has. I have experienced this, my advice is when it comes to leadership, do not compromise in the qualities and attributes of leadership, let this be first!
