Pros

Company has a donation matching program where they match up to $1,000 all donations that you do. in a year. Company has social groups (ERGs) and you can make friends and mingle outside work hours. Company has 5 different medical plans and you can choose what best suits you. The premium is affordable.

Cons

The San Antonio office, 6th floor jobs, make you work some holidays & weekends, and overtime during quarter-end. This LOB does not care about life/work balance. It's all about them and their numbers. Company do not give annual raises.
