Some colleagues used to be really obnoxious (but they're gone now) No flexibility in career re-orientation No salary increases

Good Facilities and Flexible culture, Employee friendly. If anyone has worked in Corporate Giants who has no value for their employees, they should work here and they will feel the difference.

Cons

Too much Work. Not able to cope with the work. No matter how smart you are, you will the pressure. No salary hikes.
