Pros

Great benefits and a good job for those who are fresh out of college. Oracle is a great company if you are lucky to be chosen by another department. This job is not so time consuming unless you don't know how to be organize.

Cons

Low pay, management is not fair and at least in this department in San Antonio, you will never get a raise or be able to move up. Been in the company for many years now as well as 50 plus of us and only 3 people have gotten a raise and the other 30 have quit. But they will give you more work for sure!
