Good place to learn new skills, perfect job to work from home, automatic processes when the system works and if server doesn't go down

Cons

Payment is below market, raise of salary not relevant to economy conditions, use of software tools which other companies do not use because they are built internally, hence they are not useful if you apply to other companies, after 3-5 years you get stuck and not learning anything new because all problems just repeat themselves each month so you solve nothing, internal mobility and access to opportunities happens only if you are friend with management
