- opportunity to get EHR experience - work with pleasant analysts but probably underpaid and stuck because they are unable to find better opportunities

Cons

- skills are easy to learn but due to lack of standardized training your skill level cannot be measured accurately and accounted for in compensation - in order to move forward in your career you either have to find a better job or take on substantial initiatives to get promoted - Pathway to promotion is not a clearly defined or accessible process - monotonous, and a lot of cleaning up documentation after consultants
