Pros

Some people have been there for years and think it's a safe bet. Others have been looking to leave for years, but can't get offers elsewhere. Overall, it's a giant company and trying to find the right people and answers is like a scavenger hunt. Management teams help when they aren't spread too thin. The team members are great and willing to help if they too are not spread to thin.

Cons

Company is huge. Finding the right people and solutions is frustrating and takes a lot of time to get to the right conclusions. There is a lot of complexity to manage - you must be comfortable with that. The company is investing in this role to help navigate new tech rollouts for customers. Many customers have left the company for competitors.
