Pros

Was a good place to work up-until major cost cutting measures for the Oracle Marketing Cloud in June of 2017.

Cons

Customer Success for the Oracle Marketing Cloud is a mess. They have gone through a cost-cutting re-org. and their customers are definitely the losers. A great opportunity for Salesforce, Adobe and Marketo to take away some business.

Pros

not a terrible salary for basically being an administrator or call center agent

Cons

no transparency or room for growth or opportunity for increase in salary. everyday is a new surprise. Oracle doesn't really care about or value their employees. Sales and Customer Success workers constantly putting out fires for customers.
