- high emphasis on training - you can really develop your career (switch between roles) - great work-life balance

Cons

- currently going through transformation period which can make life a bit harder than it needs to be

Easy M-F 8-5 hrs and low stress. Lots of good people to work with

Cons

The Oracle OD inside sales model is broken. To many people assigned to the same accounts, both inside and field reps. everything is dependent on your territory, not skill or amount of hard work. Some extremely poor managers at the RM level.

Very competitive atmosphere, and the commissions are great. Great upward mobility, and great people. Everyone is very helpful and is a great place to work. Great benefits. Great relationships with managers, directors, and VPs. You get facetime with upper management.
