      Flexible work culture, of late it is becoming very hectic. Going in the right direction in terms of development of new products/technologies

      No salary raise for many years No clarity on promotions Frequent changes in the management. Salary not up to the industry standards, new hires getting salary in line with market standards, but existing employees are not paid well
