Oracle is one of those companies which you should join if you are young, have a lot of loans or want a quick 1-2 years of job before going for higher studies. The work life balance is very good. All teams usually have a monday status meeting and apart from that not much of external pressure from manager. All internet sites are allowed.

Cons

Though my experience level is low, people are generally discontent with the career growth and the pay scale which they receive.

for a fresher a good starting package flexi timing trust me no other company can be so flexible definitely will get a chance to have a US trip :)
