1. Good work life balance 2. Great people at junior level 3. Flexi work hours 4. Work from home option 5. Brand name

Cons

1. Hike/Bonus is rare 2. Mid level managers are highly incompetent and technically dumb 3. Hike/promotion is hardly based on merit rather it depends on seniority 4. old fashioned company and innovative ideas are rarely encouraged 5. people from premier institutions are made report to senior morons 6. No perks/benefits

some smart and conservative people to work with, people are competitive

Cons

Management is not good. Most manager here are individual technical contributor star. However, they did not always good at being a leader role and manager role. My former manager at oracle is an example, he did not know how to manage people.

Pay is good and nothing else. Work from home facilities, no work most of the days, can come any time to the office and leave at any time.

Cons

No scope for growth unless you get a very good team. So choose wisely. No bonus for first yr and no hope for hike also , no recognition for good work
