Co workers young, fun environment

Cons

It’s a joke how the emerging AE org is ran. FY25 a total of 11% of reps hit quota, and they act like this is normal. Majority of the top reps cheat to get accounts and it’s not an even playing field. Everyone does shady stuff and management doesn’t do anything about it. If you’re confident in doing shady stuff and fine with hitting 30% of your quota this place is for you.
