      Pros

      Oracle leadership appreciates the team and tries its best to support the team in terms of training, etc. They have proper systems and processes in place to organize and control such a large company which is quite amazing.

      Cons

      Oracle is a little behind in their cloud game. They have some great offerings in the database space and they have very competitive offerings in the cloud space. They are making big investments in cloud and AI. Hoping that they will disrupt the cloud and AI space.
